Private Words in Autumn

EDUCATION

1. Ph.D. From September 1997 to July 2000, I was studying for Ph.D degree in Institute of Physics (IOP), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Beijing, P. R. China. My research fields were the transport properties of quasicrystals in low temperature. I mainly explored the interaction of electron-phonon and phonon-phonon, the effect of quantum interference, antilocalization and mass enhancement in quasi-disordered system, and calculated the band structure of photonic crystals.

2. M.Sc. From September 1995 to July 1997, I studied for M.Sc in Department of Physics, the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Hefei, P. R. China and IOP. My subject was magnetism. I mainly investigated the mechanism of giant magnetoresistance (GMR) effect and the technology of depositing the magnetic metallic multilayers. I devoted myself to the effect of the thickness of nonmagnetic middle layer and buffer layer on the properties of Spin-Valve, as well as their application to magnetic recording technology with high density.

3. B.Sc. From September 1991 to July 1995, I studied in Department of Physics of University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) at Hefei. My subject was magnetism. I studied courses of electrodynamics, rational mechanism, thermodynamics, higher quantum mechanism, higher physics of solid, quantum optics, quantum theory of magnetism, the theory of group, the experimental method of solid state, the experimental method of low temperature physics and so on.

I acted as the monitor of my class and propaganda Minister of department of physics in USTC from 1991-1994.

My Heart Will Go On

我是林岚岚(林岚)，从小在广袤无垠的塞上江南银川长大，是这片美丽富饶的，一马平川的鱼米之乡抚育了我。那奔流不息的滔滔黄河水，那壮阔奇丽的贺兰晴雪，那记载了800年党项民族豪迈沧桑历史的西夏王陵......造就了我无私无畏的性格。我至今深深地怀念我美丽的故乡，那壮丽雄浑的西域风光，那纯朴豪放的民风民情，那热热闹闹的大街小巷，还有那与我同生同长的同学挚友…… 1991年，17岁的我考入了中国科学技术大学物理系，开始了我的大学生活，在这个名牌高等学府中和卧虎藏龙之地，我孜孜不倦地吸取知识和养份，并不断的充实和完善自己，我的每一个进步都离不开许许多多的人的鼓励和帮助，最难忘的是我的老乡和我的班主任，是他们无私的关怀成为我不断前进的动力之一…… 江南的灵秀的青山绿水，小桥人家，白墙落英，和煦的清风给我平添了几分灵动，而中国科技大学的生气勃勃给我注入了几分活力。五年之后我又转战北京读博士，回到了扩别已久的北方，感受京城的繁荣...... 如果说江南合肥的逍遥津使我遥想起1700年前三国三分天下的曹操，吕布，孙权，刘备的杀气, 豪迈, 与坦荡, “赤壁大战”的公谨周瑜的雄姿英发与藐看天下，”功盖三分国，名成八卦图” 的卧龙诸葛孔明的运筹帷幄，素有 “五岳归来不看山, 黄山归来不看岳” 的黄山那奇美险丽的奇峰怪石和氤氲飘渺浩荡的云海令我留连忘返, 大有乘风欲去羽化成仙的境界, 那么首都京城又是另外一番雄浑壮丽的景象: 庄严宏伟的天安门故宫紫禁城, 壮观美丽得令我肃然起敬, 象征了我们明清两代伟大祖国的繁荣昌盛和神圣与威严(明清两代汇聚了世界总财富的三分之二); 雄伟蜿蜒的万里长城, 记载了纵横中国3000年燕赵秦汉宋明的统一扩张的沧桑雄壮的历史和鸿图伟业, 还融汇了我们勤劳勇敢的中华民族的智慧的结晶; 绚丽灿烂的香山红叶, 巍峨耸立的佛香阁和银波粼粼的昆明湖, 玲珑曼妙的天坛北海, 流光溢彩的十里长安街, 神圣庄严的中华世纪坛……, 无一不渗透流溢出我们伟大中国几千年浓厚的文化底韵与现代化的日新月异, 我听到了新时代的脚步声, 我真的深深地陶醉了……
